Overview
I am an exercise physiologist interested in health research including inflammation, immunology, ageing and disease, specifically how lifestyle including exercise and nutritional interventions can positively influence health.

Career
I have previously undertaken a 12-month Research Assistant post at Loughborough University investigating the effect of probiotic supplementation on immune function. Prior to my current role I was a Scientific Officer for Army Recruiting and Initial Training Command in the Ministry of Defence.
