Sarah is a Registered Nutritionist with over 20 years’ experience working and teaching in nutrition and food. Closely involved in the promotion of evidence based nutrition, she is a Registration Committee member and assessor for the Association for Nutrition UK Voluntary Register of Nutritionists, a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and an External Examiner for University College Birmingham. A Senior Lecturer in Food Enterprise at Bath Spa University, she is also Director of the industry consultancy company, Pistachio Nutrition.
