Overview

I joined the University in 2021 to complete a PhD with the Nutritional Physiology Research Group. My research focuses on the effect of the menstrual cycle on muscle protein synthesis and muscle protein breakdown. 

Supervisors: Professor Francis Stephens, Professor Benjamin Wall and Dr Marlou Dirks.
