Overview
I am a PhD student at Children’s Health & Exercise Research Centre (CHERC) funded by China Scholarship Council and University of Exeter PhD Scholarships. I completed my MSc 2019/2020 in Sport and Health Sciences at University of Exeter, examining the influence of physical activity on bone architecture.
My PhD research focuses on physical activity, bone health and body composition among children and adolescents. It is hoped this research will provide new evidence about healthy behaviour promoting bone health and improving quality of life.

My past academic role:
Research assistant, taking part in inventing a utility model patent for an orthosis adjustment device (Patent Number: ZL 2016 21456021.5)
Other roles:
Previously I worked within Recovery Plus Clinic as an outpatient physical therapy intern, focusing on lower-limb sports injuries. I also acted as a physical therapist in Chengdu Fifth people Hospital.
