Youth Activity Unlimited
Funded by The Cystic Fibrosis Trust

Sport has the power to change the world. It has the power to inspire.  It has the power to unite people in a way that little else does’ (Nelson Mandela). We agree. And we believe it is a fundamental right for all, including children with chronic disease.

Youth Activity Unlimited is one of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust’s Strategic Research Centres (SRC). Professor Craig Williams has been studying physiological responses to exercise during childhood and adolescence for over 25 years and in people with Cystic Fibrosis for over a decade, and through this research would like to help improve the health of young people with Cystic Fibrosis by giving healthcare professionals the ability to prescribe personalised exercise plans.
