I received my Bachelor and Master’s degree from Minnesota State University. During my bachelor degree I also played ice hockey for the University. After graduating with my bachelor degree I got offered a paid Masters position. When I graduated with my Masters I was offered a position at Minnesota State University as a lecturer in Exercise Science. There I taught various curses within the discipline for 2 years. During the last 4 years I have been researching the Critical Power concept and high intensity interval training. The Critical Power concept is what took me to the University of Exeter.
